PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIMES

On average, merchandise is produced and shipped from our facility:

• Handling time: 1 day (Monday – Friday)
• Transit time: 1-3 days (Monday – Friday)
• Cutoff Time: Orders received before 12:00 AM (UTC-5) will receive same-day business processing. Orders received after this time will be processed the following business day.

DESTINATIONS

Our shipping service extends to all 50 states within the United States.
The company does not provide international shipping services at present.

Your order will be delivered via FedEx, USPS, UPS, or 4PX.
The delivery carrier selection operates automatically to provide the fastest delivery speed.

ORDER TRACKING

• You will obtain tracking information through email after your package ships out within 24 hours.
• Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to activate.
• Contact us if you haven’t received your order within 20 days of shipment.

MULTIPLE ADDRESSES

You can receive each order shipment at a single address. 

You must make separate orders for each shipping destination.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive an order that’s damaged:

• Contact us within 7 days
• Provide us with your order number
• Include photos of the damaged item

We’ll get the issue resolved for you promptly.
