1. When will I receive my order? +
All orders from Vivisha will be dispatched within 24 hours. Domestic deliveries will be delivered between 1-3 business days after shipping.
2. How do I track my order? +
The tracking link can be accessed from the shipping confirmation email you received or you can enter your order number at "Order Status" on our website.
3. What payment methods do you accept? +
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We currently don't accept prepaid gift cards.
4. Do you ship internationally? +
No, we currently only ship within the United States.
5. I entered the wrong shipping address. What now? +
Email contact@vivisha.com for immediate contact. We will update your address before shipping if your order has not been shipped.
6. I selected the wrong size/color. Can I change it? +
Contact us right now at contact@vivisha.com. Your order will be modified prior to production if it has not already started production.
7. My order says "Returned to Sender." What happens next? +
We will reship your order at no additional cost when we receive it back.
8. The website isn't loading properly. What should I do? +
Please email contact@vivisha.com with details about the issue you're experiencing.
9. I keep getting error messages when trying to order. +
Please reach out to our support team at contact@vivisha.com and attach screenshots of the error for faster resolution.
10. What's your return policy? +
The return period for unused items with original packaging is thirty days. For return authorization, email contact@vivisha.com.
11. How do I exchange an item? +
Send us an email at contact@vivisha.com and include your order number together with your exchange requirements.
12. I received a damaged/defective product. +
Email photos to contact@vivisha.com. We will send you a replacement right away - no need to return the damaged item.
13. I received the wrong item. +
We apologize for the mistake! Email us at contact@vivisha.com with your order number and photos of what you received. We'll ship the correct item and cover return shipping.
